Yes! Hold depends on hair type, technique, and products (hairspray). A refurbished curler with ceramic/tourmaline plates in good condition gives the same results as new. We test temperature and plates.

Apply mousse on damp hair, dry completely, curl section by section, let each curl cool in your hand before releasing, and finish with hairspray. Curls hold better on day-old hair than freshly washed hair!
